Custom Fabricated Donor Sculpture - Sheltering Arms
Sheltering Arms commissioned a pair of suspended sculptures for their new rehabilitation center to honor the donors who made the project possible.
The first sculpture, located in the main lobby, features donor "leaves" suspended from the primary structure. Each leaf is inscribed with the names of individuals who contributed to the center’s development.
The second sculpture, positioned on the third floor, hangs from the 30-foot ceiling using stainless steel wire rope. Designed as a capstone for the project, this piece differs from the first—its donor leaves angle upward instead of downward. The leaves are attached to an aluminum base housing a series of LED lights, adding an illuminated visual element to the installation.
