We offer an extensive range of in-house custom fabrication services to architects, designers, EGD firms, and developers
Production Design + Project Management
We work with design firms, architects, and developers to bridge the gap between digital design and tangible execution. Our focus is on preserving design intent while identifying the most efficient and effective production methods.
With extensive experience in fabrication techniques and finish processes, we help determine the best approach to building your project—without compromising your design.
Every project is assigned a dedicated project manager who serves as your point of contact from start to finish. From permitting and planning to scheduling and logistics, your project manager oversees every detail as part of our turnkey service.
CNC Routing
Our 3-axis CNC router features a 5’ x 12’ bed, giving us the ability to handle large-scale projects. The router is a key component of our in-house workflow, often being where most projects start in the production cycle.
The router allows us to cut a variety of materials ranging from aluminum, HDU, corian, and wood. We use it to produce dimensional signage (letters and logos) to custom architectural accents like perforated panels.
Fabrication
We are trained in multiple disciplines ranging from metal fabrication to clean production, allowing us to offer services such as:
MIG & TIG Welding
Metal Bending & Forming
Millwork
UV Printing
ADA Code Signage
Custom Vinyl Applications
Custom Wallpaper
Painting + Finishing
Our in-house paint booth is a critical part of our processes. We use the Matthews Paint System (MPS), a high-performance, automotive-grade paint line that’s known for it’s durability. MPS also gives us the ability to match any Pantone, Sherwin-Williams, and other custom brand color.
We’re also able to spray a wide range of custom finishes. This includes brass, copper, gold, and silver metallics, along with specialty textures like iron rust patinas, antique rubs, and aged metal finishes.
Installation
Installation is the final step of a project and we treat it with the same level of detail as our fabrication process.
As a Class A Contractor we are licensed to handle large-scale installations across the United States. Our install team manages everything from permit processing to foundation work to structural mounting. We’ll coordinate with your general contractor or property manager to plan the installation date and method.
